About Us

Our Scoop

We offering a wide range of hands-on classes, in both cooking and baking. Our main goal is to build confident home cooks through freshly prepared, made from scratch meals, in an enjoyable and unique setting. Under the chef’s guidance and direction, during each class students will work in our state of the art commercial kitchen, as small teams to prepare the tested recipes provided. Then dine at the chef’s table with friends old & new. Students 21 & older may BYOB!

From Dim Sum to Stuffed Maine Lobster… Pulling Fresh Mozzarella to Hand Cut Pasta… From Korean Street Foods to Southern Sunday Supper, and Croatian Strudel to Chocolate Truffles, we’ve got you covered!

From Modern Vegan to foods from our local farms…Students will prepare, cook, and plate their 3 course meal in approximately 2-1/2 hours, depending on menu and number of attendees.
